The Senior Session
On the day of the shoot, you will be pampered and styled, and prepped and ready for the camera. All the groundwork will be in place so you'll be very well taken care of! We'll get started with you answering a questionnaire where you'll tell me all about what you're excited about—the sport you love, your awesome artistic or musical talent, or how you crush it at academics. We'll then hop on a 45-60 minute Zoom call to work together on ways to express the unique person that you are through outfits, locations, props, and styling. The goal is to get you comfortably prepared so you can have a fun and exciting session!

The portrait session will take place at one of my go-to locations: urban, meadow, park or street-side. We'll work together to choose the type of location you prefer. And, if you have a place in mind, I can scout it out and find the best light at your preferred location. The session usually takes place about an hour before sunset in the evening when mother nature provides the most beautiful light. The time and location of a photo session are two of the most important elements in capturing the best photo. It's all about the quality and direction of the light for portraits that stand out from the rest!
I will send you downloadable tip sheets all about hair and makeup and outfit suggestions. I can help you choose what outfits you have that work, and make suggestions for complementing the great outfits that are already in your closet. Your hair, makeup and outfits make a BIG difference on how you feel, and when you feel good, you look GREAT! Preparing well creates the best opportunity for photos that make you shine.
You can absolutely bring a friend. Most of my clients include their mom or a parent and having a BFF along for the session can make it extra fun!
